- i mean, i realise it was accepted .. but i still don't believe it. it hasn't sunk in. after looking at a host of research problems over several years and never solving any of them, this is the one which makes it.
- this, a fun one that my co-author/friend and i worked out over our common travels, and played email tag with latest drafts for months.
- maybe the universe has a sense of humor, after all.

congrats. but the mathscinet link is broken. im also not sure if non-subscribing computers can actually access it.
you make a good point on the subscription. i think the second link is accessible to everyone, though.
So your Erdos number is 5, and the collaboration distance between us is 4. You can now have fun (=waste time) finding connections between yourself and various math superstars. :)
